S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D is a video discovery platform that surfaces trending and popular YouTube videos, including features such as category filters, search, and a random video slot machine. We do not host video content — all videos are streamed directly on YouTube when you choose to watch them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Misrepresent your affiliation with S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D or YouTube
• Upload malware or interfere with other users' access

The S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D name, logo, website design, slot machine interface, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. YouTube video titles, thumbnails, and content are owned by their respective creators and are subject to YouTube's terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute significant portions of our website without written permission. Limited sharing of individual video links via YouTube is permitted through our normal site features.

The Service displays metadata and links to third-party content on YouTube. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER — NAMELY $100, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S-O-O-B-O-A-R-D from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
